The basic user interface on KnowledgeWorker provides a great and easy way to upload documents. However Datum can provide a couple of additional modules that that make the process of uploading files from some of the mot popular applications even easier:

Office Integration

This module is installed on the user’s PC and allows direct connection to store and retrieve files within the MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint applications, without first saving to a local disk:

Outlook Integration

The second module provides direct control of KnowledgeWorker while the user is working in MS Outlook, allowing the user to store and access their emails in the system. Once logged in the user can access their homepage and navigate KnowledgeWorker from the message pane of Outlook:
