Getting started couldn’t be easier, just complete the online form for a 30 day free trial. You will not be asked for any payment or credit card details until after your trial ends. Once you have registered and confirmed your details, you will receive an email which will include details on how to access your own site with a unique URL complete with login instructions.

Once you have logged into the system you will be able to start loading documents and entering contacts in a secured environment immediately.

Our help desk is here to answer any questions and offer direction on how to navigate the system. To utilise the advanced functions of the Workflow system and creation of categories for creating workflow forms and meta tagging files, it is recommended to attend one of our scheduled training workshops or book a one to one online web training session with our accredited consultants.

The first 1 GB of storage is free (during the trial period) for each site regardless of the number of users. After the trial, an additional 1GB of storage is free for each user on the plan.

Additional storage can be purchased at a rate of £1.00 per GB per month, regardless of the number of users registered on the plan.
