The optional scanning module allows images to be captured into KnowledgeWorker by:

• ‘Pulling’ scanned images directly from the scanner, or
• Uploading images from a network connected drive.

Images are uploaded ready for further processing, either by attaching meta data and storing the image in the Library or to initiate a workflow, such as the Purchase Invoice Authorisation workflow that could include an attached copy of the image:
