Datum International provides comprehensive support services to all its products and software updates. Services provided include:

Software Updates: Notification and provision of the latest product upgrades, documentation, maintenance releases and patches.

Support Services: Provision of support services during standard UK working hours by telephone (or answer phone for out-of-hours calls), e-mail, fax or on-line via the Support site.

Issue Manager: Datum International’s issue logging and tracking system, available to customers even put of working hours, to record and obtain updated information on the progress of issue resolutions. Access to Issue Manager requires an account to be created first.
